Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $1,000 CND.
For orders under $1,000 CND, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States & Canada: 7-10 business days
- International Orders: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries.
International customers are responsible for any extra applicable:

Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Iron Fog is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
