Operational Safety

Visibility Reduction

The primary effect is near-zero visibility. If triggered while you are present, stop moving immediately. Do not attempt to run or use stairs until visibility returns.

Clearing the Room

Fog dissipates naturally. To accelerate clearing, open windows and doors to create a draft. Running HVAC fans will also help cycle the air.

Intentional Trigger

Iron Fog does not self-activate. It requires a specific signal (Panic Button, Alarm Relay, or App). Always ensure your trigger method is secure from children.

Health & Environment

Iron Fog uses a glycol-based formula common in theatrical environments. It is designed to be non-toxic for typical indoor environments.

Is it safe for pets?
Yes. However, animals may become confused by the sudden loss of visibility. Ensure floor pathways are clear of sharp objects to prevent injury if a pet moves during activation.
Respiratory Sensitivities
While non-toxic, any dense particulate can irritate those with severe asthma or respiratory conditions. If high-risk individuals live in the home, consult our support team for placement advice away from primary living quarters.

Our "Dry Fog" technology is engineered to minimize residue, making it safe for offices, retail stores, and homes with standard electronics.

Computers, TVs, and appliances are safe when the unit is installed according to cubic-meter guidelines.


Placement Warning

Do not aim the nozzle directly at a device from close range (< 1 meter). Allow space for the fog to expand.
