Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping may be offered during select periods.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must not show signs of misuse or improper installation
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
- Used fog cartridges
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Return Process
- Email us at support@ironfog.co with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Returns will include up to 75% restocking fee for any opened or used items. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right.
Warranty
Iron Fog products include a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
